Please kindly note that if you bought multiple packets of MySleepy Tea in your order, then our Money Back Guarantee is limited to the single highest-priced item in that order.
2. General returns
As above, all our orders by first-time customers are backed by our 14-day Money Back Guarantee.
However, if you are not a first-time customer or 14 days have passed, and you've changed your mind about your purchase, please return your item with proof of purchase to us and we'll provide a refund according to the terms in this section. Unless faulty, this should be within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in its original condition. This means that it should be unopened, unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
There are certain circumstances where we may at our discretion offer partial refunds:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. Faulty goods
In the exceptional case that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition, please reach out to us so that we can get this fixed for you. You can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To help you as soon as possible, please include the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Picture and description of the fault
- Your preference for a refund or exchange
4. Return Shipping
To return your product for a refund or exchange, please send it to: MySleepy Tea Limited, 104 Finborough Road, London, SW10 9ED. Please include in the package your full name and order number.
Kindly note that you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. We will however refund the cost of the original shipping, if any was charged.
If you are shipping an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, to ensure that we will receive your returned item.
5. General refunds and exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund within 5 working days of your approval email, please contact us at email@example.com.
If approved, we aim to dispatch your replacement order within the same day. If you haven’t received your new product within the regular delivery times (see our delivery times), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
